  • How can I get in touch - Do you have an email address?

We now have an instant messaging system on the website. If you need to ask any questions or have a problem with your order, simply message us using this system and you should receive a response within a few hours.

 

  • When will my order be shipped out?

Our products are in high demand due to our presence on TikTok. If your order on a TikTok Live, your order will be shipped out the next day, unless it falls on a weekend. All other orders will be shipped out as soon as possible. While we try to ship them out within 3-5 business days, they can still take up to three weeks at our busiest times.

  • Will I get freebies in my order?

We try to include freebies in every order. If you order during a TikTok Live you will get access to some incredible freebies.

  • I'm Gluten Free, can I order the Pick n Mix?

All of the items in our Pick n Mix have a GF beside the items that are gluten friendly. If you have coeliac disease, we don't recommend ordering due to the risk of contamination.

  • Where do you ship?

We ship all over Australia and to the rest of the world.

  • How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $10 to cover shipping within Australia. Postage outside of Australia is generally $20.

  • How long should I wait to contact you about my order?

If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks, check your emails for tracking updates from Australia Post - including junk and spam. If you can't find anything, message us using our website instant messaging system and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can.

  • I received my Pick n Mix but one of the options is different to what I chose.

Please ensure that you read our Pick n Mix instructions carefully. You need to choose at least 6 options and 15 maximum. You cannot repeat an option more than twice. If we happen to run out of a particular sweet, we will substitute it for the most similar kind. It is rare that this happens.
